Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused Versa Gripps in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and inserts are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our facility, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
